Excellent service, very courteous and knowledgeable staff, who assisted me in repairing a 30 year old Weiser lockset which I had purchased from North Pole in the late 1980s Of note, Lucas Mattatall, who assisted me. It’s great that this longstanding company has such a dedicated employee
