STEVE called as soon as I posted my request. I had them come in the same week when I was available. So I do appreciate that they were flexible and worked with my schedule. They stretch the carpet in my hallway which was pretty rough because there was a curve in the landing due to the railing. They fixed my entire hallway, master bedroom, walk-in closet, and tuned up to other rooms. The wrinkles were pretty bad. The term wrinkles doesnt really do it justice. They did the fix in about 3 1/2 hours of work. More importantly, Im really happy with the results. All three rooms. The carpet is super smooth. I tried to clear everything that I could. Theres a few little things here and there that they moved around. They had to redo three or four seams. Which look perfect now. Im really happy with the work. I would hire them again if I ever need to get more carpet stretched. But based on how it looks now. I dont think Im gonna need them for another 15 years. And I dont think the carpet will last that long I would consider them to re-carpet the upstairs.

Atilla did a great job cleaning up my landscaping and pruning the bushes. Loaded the beds with mulch to keep out the weeds.

Roxy and Andy were great. Roxy was very very responsive and I knew exactly what was going on. They confirmed the estimate appointment and showed up on time. Andy went on the roof and inspected. They provided recommendations on shingles. After I hired them we booked the job within 2 weeks. We had rain so they had to work around rain days. The morning of the install they showed up 10 minutes early and were working exactly on time. They had 6 guys and powered through the job. Had to stop at 10 as it was dark. I had a big roof with a bunch of angles so it took a while. Came back the next day sealed everything and finished the caps. Plus the final cleaning. They cleaned a lot the first night. But hit everything again with the magnet to get all the nails. Then finished with the leaf blower for all the gutters and surrounding landscaping. For the actual materials. The bottom 3 feet was covered with ice and water shield. The entire rest of the roof was covered with the synthetic underlay. And they nailed 6 nails or so per shingle to maintain the 130 mph wind resistance. I don’t think they could have done anything more. Super happy
