When I contact Morley (also known as Marley) initially, I received a prompt response and quotation to replace my garage door. They answered all of my questions and arranged for a timely installation. After the door was installed, I noticed some workmanship problems. I emailed Marley 3 times without a response. My rollers on the door came loose one day and the door would not close. I called Marley and was advised that they could not come repair it that evening. I then called and emailed several times to set up a date for the door to be repaired under the warranty. I did not receive any response. I eventually called another service to repair the door. I was advised that the brackets on the door were not properly supported and that the rails for the rollers were t0o far apart. The trim was also not cut properly, leaving gaps where snow and debris can come into the garage. I cannot recommend Marley. While attentive to get your business, the quality of the installation was terrible and there was a complete failure to respond to concerns and fix the door while under warranty.
