Wow. What a difference. The windows are perfect, and easy to operate. No more drafts. The neat thing about Jack's is that their installer measured, explained everything, and came back in three weeks to install. I can't say enough about them. They already did our neighbors windows and they are also very satisfied. Thank you Jack's!!!
