The project involved a complete reworking of a very flimsy old structure that included adding to the back as well as a new 3rd floor. The old small 2 storey structure was turned into a brand new modern 3 storey, 3+ bedrooms with all the bells and whistles, including an outdoor 6' x 6' whirlpool on the 3rd floor and a new lowered finished basement with a new separate walkout. What made the project even more challenging was that it was a semi-detached house with a family with young children next door. Throughout the project, Yves and his crew delivered excellent workmanship, quick responses to difficult site conditions and all the while maintaining very good relations with neighbours.
