Today I spent 40 minutes trying to find out about a long awaited furnace part and my call was dropped THREE times, having to re-identify myself each time (very intensive) to a new employee. It felt like the movie "Groundhog Day". The generally low IQ and difficult accents of their CSRs are also leading me to cancel their monthly full household service. Their robotic script telling me about irritating things like "locking up my pets during the home appointment" should be changed to save customers time too. Shame.
