Was hired to mud, tape and paint 1000 sq/ft. Which is a fair price. Looks like sub contracted to asian people. Mia our contact is avoiding my concerns with the issues of electrical outlets. Where as she orginally says she'll tend to it. Mudding and taping sucks. Workers painter over covers without taking them off. The covers that were taken off never put back. Clean up was terrible splatter all over the place. The was even a smudge where someone brushed up on the way out rubbing off paint.

I hired Sivan after a decent fence job. Asked if he has experience in kitchens. He says yes "15 years, you need not worry it'll be beautiful" Gave me a fair quote and said 5-7 days. Total Project Management is the wrong name of company. Sivan doesn't manage his trades and his personal quality of work is rushed and very low quality. I told him studs on wall should be 16" on center and he says" that is what stud finders are for." Drywall work was tarible couldn't even cut it a straight line. It's just a scoring with knife, a straight edge and snap. The last straw was botched backsplash job where he or his worker put down all crooked and using ripped peices of cardboard as spacers. All electrical outlets are miss cut. In the end. I his personal work is very poor, put together in a rush, doesn't have proper tools and 3 times longer then quoted. Trades came in Plumber, HVAC, Painter/Muder and I was to give them the scope of work. Because he was missing. He was present with Electrician working on walls and just doesn't have the experience.
