I bought my first starter home during the pandemic, which came with a good deal of stress. About three month in and after a few weeks of rain I realized I needed a new roof badly - this was not in my budget. A week later two guys from Kymand Homes knocked on my door to inquire about the roof. I told them I knew I needed a new one but wasn’t sure if I could afford it. We chatted back and forth for a few days but ultimately I decided to go for it. I can’t explain how happy I am with the experience and especially the final product. But, my favourite part was they were honest the whole time about costs, deadlines and they kept my property safe. This is one of the first major renovations completed on my house and I’m so happy I went through Kymand homes.
