Neighbour had used them and was happy. Price quote was more than what he paid even though I was told I was getting a 20% discount. They made their quote more competitive when pressed. Ordered early July and waited many weeks without hearing anything. Was eventually told that the doors were back ordered and I would be contacted. Started calling again in September but no one returned my calls. Installer came in October. Did a great job but could not install final door as the order was wrong. Followed up with main office. No returned call. Called the President directly and door is being installed this weekend. Should not have to work this heard to spend my money. Is business that good??
