Flow Master Plumbing started off informing me of updated Residential plumbing code requirements and sharing images of the type of valves that would be required. They came to site to make an informed estimate and with that estimate they supplied a very detailed breakdown of the work, both labor and parts, which allowed me to see where the money would be spent, which eased me, for a lot of time these small jobs come with a bit of sticker shock, their approach eased that. Flow Masters booked a date within a few days to do the work. During their work they were not put off by all my questions and inquiries, which again eased me. They were in and out in the time that the estimated and even deducted some for parts not used due to some exiting items were able to remain. Flow Masters finished their work, cleaned everything up, moved things back into place and they were off. I'm definitely keeping their contact information in case I have future plumbing needs.
