PC in Whitby

My dryer stopped heating suddenly so I came to the HomeStars website to see who I should call. Major Appliance was highly recommended. I placed the call (on a Monday) and a half hour later there was someone here to assess the problem. He figured out the problem (an electric gas valve) and said he'd call back later that day, once he'd had the chance to call around and locate the part. I had to ask his name as he was heading out the door: Martin. As it turns out, I didn't hear from him at all so I gave him a call this morning (Thursday). He assured me that he had not forgotten about me but was having difficulty finding this part for my particular machine. Within just a few hours he had found one, and arrived to fix my dryer. He is a man of few words who quietly & efficiently goes about completing his work. I am very happy and will be spending the rest of the day catching up on laundry :) One further note: there was absolutely no discussion of what this might cost in the end. If you want to know up front, you should ask for an estimate. I guess I trusted that it would be reasonable!
