Refinished floors - The floors did not match the stairs, they did not seal off parts of the house well so dust was everywhere , they taped off the baseboards and left the tape on so it was extremely difficult to come off and got so much stain on my baseboards that I have to sand and repaint all my baseboards on my main floor. They didn't clean up stain they spilt on the tiles and touched my curtains with thier stain fingers and nicked my banister and coat rack with their equipment and messed up my front door. They also left all thier garbage on my Drive way . Butchers ! Do not hire !!!! They also have another phone # Conrad -647-228-4994 mississauga. I put in a random postal code for Waterloo as they do not have any address on thier site or any reviews online except for mine. I should have known better !
