He was terrific. Explained in detail the 3 plumbing issues, fixed two of them, did NOT oversell, which I appreciate very much. He is coming back next Thursday with another very experienced plumber to resolve a somewhat more complicated issue with the bath tub. Very very good experience with your companys representative. Absolutely a "Gentleman Plumber" renewed my contract.
