Worse experience ever! After ordering and paying for a duvet cover and 2 shams over 3 weeks ago I still haven't received the merchandise. I was promised delivery withing 48 hours and everytime I was successful in talking to the owner, Christian, I given the same story...they had mechanical problems and the order would be sent withing a day or two. I still haven't received anything from them eventhough it has been 21 days since the original purchase. I've called the store continuously for the last 2 weeks and they don't even bother calling back. Avoid yourself lots of frustrations and stay away from this merchant!
