Skillful and competent, works well with specialist suppliers, good rates. He has a good relationship with other tradesmen and can get good help when it needs multiple people. Not afraid to seek advice when required. Very pleasant and cooperative to have in your home. Good clean-up. He was very good at fitting us in when we had a particular need to get work done urgently. His estimates are guidelines only and can be a bit erratic (both high and low) but he charges very fairly for the work he does. He has already done two jobs for us and I would call him first if we had further work.
