Zac from of Zackg.painting was recommended to me by a family friend that I know has very high standards of workmanship. Even though I have never hired a Painter before in my 66 years, based on the solid recommendation, I decided to take a chance and call Zac about the painting job on my daughters “fixer upper”. We were on a very tight schedule and budget as the house was almost a complete gut, with us doing most of the work while a two month move in deadline loomed. A working bathroom with a 4 month old baby usually takes priority over paint. At the time hiring a painter really did feel like a luxury! Having said that I cannot recommend Zac highly enough! He is busy, but he never rearranged when a “better job appeared”, he showed up when he said he was going to, he answered my emails, and he worked with me as my budget and the scope of the work changed. Indicative of his character was respectful way that he treated his painting “crew”, the property and indeed everyone on the job site He did beautiful work and I am fussy. It seems to me that Zac genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. Unfortunately, this seems to be a rare quality in this day and age. I have always kind of liked painting, and really it was only because we were on such a a short timeline that we decided to hire a painter. If I am perfectly honest with myself, my painting never looked like Zac’s. I know it sounds crazy, but when he was finished painting a wall, it had a “velvet like “ texture that I have never been able to accomplish, or indeed never know was possible. As previously stated, I cannot recommend him highly enough! Once I saw him work, I felt an immediate sense of relief. Knowing that I did not have to worry about how we were going to get the painting done was not a luxury, it was money well spent. Terry Weatherhead
