Igor called me first thing in the morning after I submitted a request on line after midnight the night before! He was at my house within 30 minutes and diagnosed my fridge's dead compressor () within 1 minute! It was unfortunately not worth the money to fix it, but Igor was honest, trustworthy, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely call him again!
