In 2012, Mr. Siev came highly recommended for the renovations my wife and i needed before putting our home up for sale in NDG. The renovations consisted of a full bathroom and basement playroom reconstruction. Sean gave us a timeline and an approximate realistic budget. He also asked us to be clear in our choices of finishing and planning so as to minimise any possible renovation ambiguity. We really appreciated that.
