From our initial contact to the present (two days after completion of the work) they have been very professional. We were given a wide array of choice in terms of materials and the benefits of each were explained clearly. The work was done quickly (1.5 days) and we were encouraged to pose any questions we had about what was been done. The workers were polite and left the site clean. The finished job looks very good.
