Washroom ceiling in 2nd floor apartment
The 3rd floor apartment toilet had an improper seal on the flange causing a steady drip on the ceiling below every time the toilet was flushed. This caused the ceiling drywall below to get saturated and moldy. After a number of years it eventually dropped. I removed all the drywall but needed mold remediation for the joists. Maple Leaf Mold immediately came and did their expert work.
