We hired this company to install our kitchen backsplash after a friend recommended James to us. After the job was complete we could see that he used the countertop as his level. The problem is from one side of the stove to the other side the counter was not level. So now our backsplash tiles are not level. It looks ridiculous. He told us “that’s how it’s done.” Would never use them again and would not recommend to anyone else
