I regreted that i didn’t do a research about this builder before i bought a house from them. Their customer services is horrible after closing date, they treated us like a beggar if i try to ask them to fix something they suppose to have it done in 30 days form. They just don’t care about you like the house or not, even the house got water leak they just blame that you did something wrong not them and tell you fix yourself. Never buy from this builder again
