We hired this company to open our pool in our new house. Dan sent two of his guys out, who took the cover off the pool but were unable to get the pump running. So they guys left (pump off, water not circulating) and stated that Dan would be by to check on it in a day or so. I sent a message over to Dan, and have yet to hear from anyone on his team.... it’s been 12 days! I have had an awful experience, and feel I have been chasing them down. In my opinion there are far better more professional services out there.
