Thank you Phil for your time, extensive knowledge and expertise in your duct cleaning practices for a complex custom build duct system like ours. We have a 4 year old custom build home (2 furnaces and related equipment - no basement), with wall vents in spray foamed walls. We wish that we met Phil and Darlene first, to guide us thru our first duct cleaning process. Unfortunately we made an initial choice of another duct cleaning company and totally regret their poor service and outcome of a much worse dust / debris situation than what we started with. Phil walked us both thru each of our furnaces and related equipment step by step of exactly what went wrong. He honestly suggested to us that we should get an extensive entire house cleaning instead, to help clean out each register and the dusty mess.
