This is our first venture into commercial real estate and right from the get go, Evan walked us through the building inspection process patiently every step of the way. He is very thorough and detail focused but most important of all he is honest and didn’t sugar coat any of his findings. Evan also recognized the time constraint we were in so he had our full report ready within 24 hours. Very happy with our realtor’s recommendation and would use Evan again for our future projects
