The guy who claims to be the owner of the company "Brian" is absolutely unprofessional, inefficient, and lazy. I ordered a fixture from this store in JANUARY. A month back and forth with Brian and the fixture hasn't arrived. He assure me that it will come in another month. 2 months later still no fixture. Everytime he came in, he asked me for my phone number. Every single time he said he called them, then hurried to make a call in front of me (still not sure if he actually spoke to suppliers) It is now SEPTEMBER. In August he told me that this fixture wasnt coming and that suppliers were the bad guys in this situation. I ordered a new one (they have pretty ones in the store but the horrible experience is NOT WORTH IT) The new fixture hasn't arrived, and he "forgot" to order it, just as he "forgot" my phone number even though I left it so many times. He is lazy and unprofessional and that reflects poorly on a store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THERE
