We wanted hardwood in our master bedroom. Our hardwood supplier, Wood Floors and Stair Direct, recommended Brandon at Urban Hardwood Flooring to install. Brandon arrived the next business day to provide a quote and scheduled us in on the anticipated arrival of our flooring. The flooring delivery was delayed a week, so Brandon rearranged his schedule to match. It was quoted as a two day job to remove and dispose of the old carpeting, install the flooring and add trim to the baseboards. The job proceeded on time and on budget with a minimum of disruption. They even moved the heavy furniture so we didn't have to. Brandon was easy to deal with, his crew was polite, and the job went off without a hitch.
