We worked with Mike on two different occasions. One was for our kitchen renovation where Mike and his team completed the tile work throughout our kitchen, laundry room and foyer. They also completed our backsplash.

For the second renovation job, there were no questions about who we would hire for our fireplace upgrade. We upgraded our old fireplace mantel to a more modern tile look.

Working with Mike was tremendously easy and stress-free. During one of our renovations, we were out of province and Mike provided us with regular updates through videos and he even cared for our beloved cat!

He provides a fair estimate in price and is very transparent if we were to incur additional expenses. His honest approach worked well for us and we look forward to working with him for our next project in the future.

Our laundry room that included a shower was in need of major repairs. The shower was old and the plumbing for the shower, laundry tub, and washer had not been done properly. After repairs to the plumbing, electrical, the company levelled the floor and installed new tile. The room was repainted and new cupboards installed with a new laundry tub. The room is now highly functional with quality high end finishings, we are very happy with the work.

Have an oversized shower built as well as the floor in my ensuite bath and a custom tile backsplash with intricate detail in my kitchen. Work was done clean, on time, and on budget. Highly recommend.

Modern Tile came in to re-tile my fireplace after it was damaged in a storm where a tree fell through my roof. The tile required a gentle hand and precision cutting, which he did with ease. He was respectful, was thoughtful about protecting my flooring and room from debris. He works fast and arrived on time as planned. The tile was cut and placed in such a way that he avoided too many grout lines and matched the grout perfectly to look like one solid piece. I was impressed and would recommend. Everyone always comments on how beautiful it looks.

Mike was contracted to carry-out two complete bathroom renovations (primary and ensuite) over a 6 month period. The work was completed to the highest quality and on-time.
