My dishwasher was leaking and needed repair. Egor answered immediately, asked me for the make, and arrived shortly thereafter. He discovered that the dishwasher had never been properly installed. The water line was leaking in two places and needed a new water valve. He had the parts and did the install and also fixed the wobbling. He is one of those rare people you make a note of in your address book because he is the one you want to call when one of your appliances craps out! Thank you Egor!

Igor arrived on time and was efficient in completing the diagnostics on my oven. He was able to tell me how much the part would cost and left his card for me to call him when I decide to fix it. I was pleased that he did not pressure me to go ahead right then. I would recommend him to others. Very pleasant knowledgeable man.

Microwave door spring broken, affected on/off. Watched Youtube. Noticed it is something minor. I am in a wheelchair so still needed someone to do the repair. Got a quote. Couple of phone calls to arrange. Arrived, very pleasant and had the repair done in 15 minutes.
After he left, I did notice the microwave did not perform the way before the door issue. I tried a few things. Seem to get it to work (reheat). Monitoring the situation.
