I placed my job on Home Stars and Mario was the 1st to reach out, gave the best price and could do the work the next day. I had some damaged eaves and the colour he matched it with is perfect. He was on time, left a clean job site and was very personable. After my nice experience with Mario I asked him if he wanted to look at a job for me at work as I needed to reslope the eaves on a 140' barn and reroute the downspouts to either end. Again he was on time, gave me a quote and was out the next day to complete the job. Since then my coworker has had him do work at his house and when doing that did work for his neighbour and I also have another job for Mario at work. In my experience it's usually hard to find people to do smaller jobs of this nature and with Mario I feel no job is too too big or small for him and his crew. I will definitely be using Mario for any future jobs and also be recommending him to others as well.

Mario did a quick assessment of what needed to be done and was super responsive and offered to come really quickly.

The total work was simple, and he did it super fast. I appreciate that he not only did the job but showed me how to do it in the future so I don't have to call anyone again.

Mario installed continuous eaves with downspouts on my pool gazebo. He spent time beforehand to go over details and ensure the best colour match. He is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and just great to deal with. He repaired another area of downspout that was problematic in the past as well.

I don't speak ill of people and it is extremely rare to post a negative review of a company. However, as a home owner, my experience with this company was something I hope no one has to go through. The main theme here is overpromise and underdeliver. From his sales pitch, it sounded like he was actually going to properly rebuild the failed roof. I will let the pictures and work quality speak for themselves.
I was quoted $1000 and the work performed was wood pieces installed into rotting wood supports, which hold up shingles with rotton plywood with holes and broken wood below them. But the wood was good enough in the eyes of the contractor. New silicone was put on top of old silicone and the flashing was installed on top of the siding and shingles. The flashing is visibly floating on top of the shingles.
When I voiced my concerns about the quality of work and that I felt taken advantage of, the first thing the contractor Mario jumped to was that I am not going to pay. I'm assuming he has problems with customers paying him for his work after seeing the quality, and he started saying things like he has before and after pictures, his father is his witness, and his wife works for a collection agency. He was very quick to say these things, which gives me the impression that he is in this situation with people often. Unfortunately, I only saw negative reviews on other sites after the fact. I am disappointed that I will have to pay another contractor to fix his mistakes. He had the confidence to say that I got a good deal and that a proper repair would have cost $5000. Buyer beware.

Update: See updated picture, now when it rains all water is pouring down the brick and nothing is coming out of the eavestrough spout he installed which he said was a value of $250.

Your company response is not genuine. I sent you a picture of the failed repair, you have ghosted me and I have another contractor scheduled to fix your mistakes. Respond to me if you actually have any intention to repair.

Very responsive, arrived on time, explained the details of what he was going to do and did the job quickly. Reasonable prices as the picture of his van says!

This guy did eavestrough , soffit and fascia at my place, and I can say that Im more than happy with his work and price. Smart dude with the idea and vision.
