Replace 35’x14’ wood deck

Decks review in Newmarket

Complete removal of existing deck, support beams and concrete footings. Install new footings, support beams to code. Install deck boards with screws and completed trim along all edges of open deck. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner and we were very pleased with the professionalism of the contractor and his quality of work and knowledge of the process. We would highly recommend him for any replacement or new decks.

Floating upper deck

Decks review in Toronto

I was referred to Blair by my insurance adjustor. He was quick to reply and courteous And professional. He completed the project as scheduled. The end result is flawless. He also took the time to make sure the work area was cleaned up perfectly when he left. I am very happy and would highly recommend Blair for similar projects.

High quality workmanship at fair prices

This is our second engagement with Blair and we brought him back as we were very happy with the first - much larger - engagement. Blair is responsive, delivers high quality work, and is candid with all aspects of the job - including reviewing any potential cost over-runs before committing to the work. I find him friendly and easy to work with. We would have him back again.
