Dan is a really friendly and humorous inspector, willing to answer your question with a easier way for you to understand what he is talking about. He is knowledgeable, he can answer all of the questions regarding to the house and will give you recommendations if you are going to do some of the renovations. Lastly, the report is so detailed, pointing out the red flag and let you know the theory of the structure, and recommendations for the future renovation and maintenance.
