I purchased a door for my front entry way last year from Ruscan Doors. I had seen them all over social media prior to choosing my door and I knew I wanted to go with them for this purchase. During my initial showroom visit, Mark had shown me around the facility and also took me to the back to show how their doors are manufactured. Their facility is actually mind-blowing. The customer service was outstanding and the entire process from start to finish was smooth and I couldnt be happier with this purchase from them. A huge thank you.

This is the second time I have used ruscan doors for both of my properties. They just completed 3 doors in my new home, all which were custom and designed for each entry way. Aleks was pleasure to deal with and always so detail oriented in his work. I highly recommend these guys, they are awesome.

Very disappointing experience so far! We ordered our door in Feb 2022, it is now Dec 2022 and are still waiting to get our door replaced since the first install has a factory defect, and still waiting our our lock to be installed. It's very unprofessional to have to wait for so long with no update as to when we can get the door and lock installed. Our emails are ignored and no one is getting back to us. This is not how you operate a business.

Ruscan Doors was an absolute pleasure to work with! They designed a custom front door for my home and my husband and I could not be happier with the end result. The staff were incredible to deal with from shipping to the installation. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
