Was impressed with the whole process, responsive and patient with our questions. Throughout the process we saw drone footage to see the work being done on the roof.

Florian arrived to assess a leak issue that was coming through our ceiling during heavy rains. He quickly identified the problem and had the materials to do the repair with him immediately, even matching shingles. He took the time to explain what he had to do, and identified potential issues to watch for in the future. Highly recommend!

I initially hired Florian due to an emergency repair with water leaking through our attic into the bedroom. He was able to patch the problem, but identified many issues with the roof that would likely lead to leaking elsewhere in the future. We already knew that we needed a new roof eventually.

Our roof needed attention prior to us moving in almost 10 years ago, and Florian felt like a good fit to install our new roof.

He was extremely professional, reponsive, and friendly. He was very communicative during each step of the process.

Flori recently worked on my leaking flat roof balcony, and I'm quite satisfied with his services. He did a commendable job in addressing the issue and ensuring my balcony is now leak-free. Even though a separate leak in the downspout arose later, Flori promptly came back to fix it, displaying his commitment to customer satisfaction. I appreciate his professionalism and the quality of his work.

Flori promptly came to my house to investigate a small leak. Upon arrival, he was courteous and convivial. He inspected my second floor attic space and correctly determined that I had excess moisture due to blown installation covering my few existing soffit vents, in addition to a minor leak. He advised that I should have new soffit vents installed around the perimeter of my roof, in addition to repairing a torn part of my asphalt shingle roof.

We agreed to schedule the work for another day, but before he left, he applied silicone caulking to locations on my roof that required sealing. He kindly refused partial payment and told me he would send a proper quote for all of the work. Within hours I received it, along with answers to all of my follow-up questions.

When he and his crew came to repair my roof and install the soffit venting (along with baffles), they quickly executed their work and made sure to pick up any debris around the house. Flori himself came to my house one final time to ensure everything was properly done.

I would highly recommend Flori's company to other homeowners looking for a professional, honest, and affordable roofing contractor. Thank you Flori and your excellent team! I hope to have you install a new roof over my home in the near future!

UPDATE:

I chose Elite Roofing to replace both of the roofs on my backsplit detached home after experiencing several minor leaks earlier in the year. Based on my previous experience of hiring Flori to fix those leaks (you can read my review above), as well as install much-needed venting, I knew I wanted his company to replace at least one of the roofs. I thought I couldn't afford to replace both roofs, but Flori worked out a fair price and convinced me that it was a worthwhile investment.

I cannot heap enough praise on Flori's professionalism and customer service. He patiently and honestly explained all of the work and itemized everything in his contract, ensuring that there was a written agreement.

Just as a comparison, I called another company for a quote, and quickly found out why their initial pricing was lower than Flori's. By the time I had asked them for the same materials and procedures to be followed to replace the roof, their quote was within range of Flori's. Based on my conversation with the owner of the other roofing company, I realized Flori was more trustworthy and knowledgeable.

The work itself took two days to complete. Flori's crew replaced the smaller, upper roof on one day, and the larger, lower roof on another. They carefully laid out tarps all around my house, and constantly walked around to collect nails and debris. Most importantly, they all appeared to follow proper work safety procedures and installed the various roof components with precision and care. His crew match his professionalism and are methodical in their approach.

I highly recommend Elite Roofing to anyone requiring roofing work done for their home or business. Flori and his crew allowed me to finally stop worrying about my roof leaking and instead focus on enjoying my home!

The guys from Elite Roofing turned our stressful problem into a great relief! We had a roofing emergency due to work others had done poorly in the past. We will not have those worries again thanks to Flori and his crew.
I have more than a clue as to how a good roofing job is done and the guys did an excellent job with the right prep to the decking, quality materials, and a proper unhurried installation process. They used a pyramid / diagonal pattern to lay the shingles; it is more difficult than the racking pattern but generally gives a better result. There were dozens of progress photos of the job. They even cleaned up my rain gutters and made sure the leaf guards were back in place.
I was home for the duration and drifted outside from time to time to offer water, and yes, observe the work being done. It was great to see.
As for the business side, Flori is truly a hard-working professional. I spent a lot of years in project management with many companies. You want Flori and his company on your team.

Flori was absolutely wonderful. Arrived on time (huge plus), assessed the job and gave us a reasonable quote. He was able to take care of our repair earlier than anticipated and finished within the time span he said he would. Entire experience was fantastic. Very professional, I can't say enough positives. If you are unfortunate enough to need repairs to your roof, you would be lucky to have Elite Roofing handle the job.

Florian was responsive and came by to inspect in a timely manner. He brought his ladder to allow him to inspect the area before he provided the estimate. He showed me the impacted area and what needed to be done and provided examples of similar projects. He committed to a date and arrived early and completed the job as promised. Quite satisfied with his work and professionalism.

Flori came to my house Sunday on an emergency call to look at a leak in the roof. He was extremely professional, Dilligent and found the issue quickly. Cost for the repair was fair and reasonable and he was very professional: would definitely recommend.

I got an old roof which started to leak here and there due to recent high wind in Toronto area. Flori responded to my request very fast and identified more area to repair other than my drone photos. He completed the work efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend him for urgent roof repairs.
