I found a wet patch in the dry wall of my basement ceiling from a leak in the toilet above it. Found Adam through HomeStars, as he reached out first. Described the problem over the phone and made an appointment for the next morning. He conveniently sent an ETA text the morning of the appointment, before arriving.

Once he got there, he inspected/diagnosed the issue and opened it all up (had to saw the bolts). The flange and bolts were messed up so he cleaned it all up, replaced parts (including a problematic fill valve) then put it all back together, in neater condition than it had originally been. Throughout, Adam answered questions, explained his actions and gave helpful advice.

This was honestly the first experience I've had with a plumber where I don't have complaints. At the end of his visit, I got Adam's business card and saved his number on my phone as Plumber.

I used the people's plumber for a rough in job up in trenton Adam is professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on the days he said he would and completed the work in a timely manner I would definitely recommend him.

Adam worked on my pump, my drains, and worked out some other plumbing issues. He explained and gave options. Pleasant and helpful man. Great work at a very good price. I am very pleased and highly recommend him.
