Primo painting have done multiple projects at my house including painting most of the interior of my house (with really tall great room and ceiling!), drywall repair, skimming old textured walls to make smooth and priming/painting over old dark wood kitchen cabinets Super happy and will continue to use and recommend!

The whole experience with them was awesome! They were quick to respond, and also set up an estimate. We decided to go with them because they were so good to work with and professional. The painting job itself presented unique challenges, but there was always an honest can do attitude. The attention to detail on the painting job was awesome. They transformed the not-so-nice walls in our house to looking amazing!

We were referred to Primocon by our Realtor and after meeting with the owner Robert one time, I knew he was honest, trustworthy and would be easy to work with. After doing our due diligence of meeting with other builders and Rob several more times these qualities we were looking for in a custom home builder quickly led us to choosing Primocon.

During the design phase, Rob was very helpful and quick to turn around any changes we discussed which was important because we had a tight deadline for budgeting due to a pending closing on our land purchase/construction loan. During the build phase Rob was easy to get a hold of and again very easy to work with for any changes we had to the design and floor plan of our home. He provided us options based on his experience and allowed us to make decisions with no pressure. After the build is when you start to understand the builders character, and I can say Rob has continued his stand-up character by being available to address any questions or items that have come up without any complaint. We have been very happy with our decision to build with Primocon and are already in talks, planning an investment rental property we would like to build.

Primocon were excellent to work with throughout the course of our addition/renovation project. They were responsive and solution oriented if we ran into any obstacles. They managed the process efficiently including dealing with the town to have inspections lined up immediately upon completion of certain phases which kept the project on schedule. We are writing this letter in regard to the recent pleasure we had of building a custom home with PRIMOCON HOMES. Our primary contact was Robert. After we decided on a floor plan, we had the unforeseen luck of selling our home in just one day. As a result, there was an enormous amount of pressure to complete construction of our new home 4 weeks ahead of schedule. Robert readily accepted this challenge without reservation, and guaranteed us that our home would be finished when we needed it. He guided us through every step of the construction process. He is knowledgeable and well organized, meticulous about detail, courteous, prompt and a true professional. We consider him an expert on everything from building codes and regulations, to color patterns and the ergonomics of luxury home living. During construction, he met with us once a week to discuss the progress of the home. During these meetings, he was extremely helpful not only on updating us on the particular phase of construction, but also by making some wonderful recommendations on additions and changes to the home, which in turn calmed many anxieties we had. In a world where service and quality are scarce, these things seem to be Robert's forte. He delivered fair, honest, quality work, and service with a smile.
