It was wonderful service and installation was very professional. Overall very satisfied with the support

I used their services for a complete HVAC overhaul - replaced my AC, furnace, water purifier, air purifier. They covered the buyout for the water heater as well. There was a utilities subsidy when I went through the process which offset part of the cost.

Only issue I found was their service department was hard to reach and their turnaround for the buyout was much longer than expected. I was billed a few more times for my original water heater rental, but it will be reimbursed. Their service pipeline apparently is going through a change, and I hope it improves soon.

Overall, they did a good job on the installation, and the set up process (forms, billing, buyout procedure) was fairly painless.

The Pressure of water before they installed the tankless water heater you can use the shower room and lavatory at the same time now you can not use it because the pressure from lavatory is very low pressure I try to call them about the pressure of water they said there is no wrong with their installation my question is how come I don't have problem before about the pressure of water now i cannot use the lavatory and shower room at the same time, and the 2 camera and doorbell is you have to charge it there is no direct cable from the camera going to the 12V battery every week you have to charge the battery of Camera and Doorbell

The work was professionally done on time, within a week, everthing works fine, the installation was done on time with good CRS services

We purchased tankless water heater unit and shea was the service advisor and the customer relation manager of provincial smart home services . She explained everything in a detailed manner .Her professionalism and the quality of services was amazing and excellent .Thus we decided to refer this company to our friends

I had installations of the following: water heater to replace a 40 gallon one; humidifier on furnace; attic insulation and 2 door cameras... The very nice service guys accidentally disconnected my family room fireplace and the old gas exhaust pipe was not capped. I have called 3 times for service. It is now more than a full week and service person (s) have not shown up to fix the gas line on the fireplace or put on the cap to the 6" open exhaust pipe.

I had a service of Tankless water heater and shea had a conversation with me. It was superb and I love their service very much. I will defenitely reccomend Provincial smart home services to my dear ones.
