Aging faucet in the washroom had to be replace as per condo assessment.
TBA replied within the day and book a service date the following day. A simple faucet replacement took a turn in the wrong direction with a ceased shower value. Tyler was able to mitigate the problem sourcing parts the next morning.

TBA plumbing came in and installed the sink and did the plumbing quickly and smoothly. They also did a great job cleaning up their work area once finished.

My sink began to clog to the point where it would not drain anymore. I took it upon myself to take apart the trap underneath the sink to try and unclog it myself, after my attempt it still did not drain and even worse it now leaked. I was referred Tyler from TBA plumbing to help me fix all of my problems, I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. He arrived wearing proper PPE for both of our safety, after a brief inspection he informed me my current pipe set up was damaged and also not up to code so I agreed to have it replaced properly and also have the piping snaked to clear the deep blockage. He completed the job fairly quickly and now I no longer have a clogged, leaky sink. I will be hiring TBA plumbing again in the near future to replace some of my bathroom fixtures. Overall I am happy with the service and information I received from Tyler and would recommend him.

Tyler at TBA Plumbing's quality service was impeccable. What stood out was his honesty in the possibility of having to go through the wall to get to the pipes behind the shower head to fix our leaking faucet, due to age of existing faucet. He cut an opening in our closet area for easy access, especially in the future if we need to get to the pipes. He not only communicated the issues throughout the whole process, he also acted as a consultant to ensure we would find a stylish colour to replace our shower head/faucet which is difficult due to how old our faucet is. We love our new shower heads and no more leaky faucet! Thanks Tyler you rock!
