Our backyard was old and had large slab stones and parts with grass and some sections with large rocks. We also have a pool.
Lynn and team came in with a plan. Explained to us in detail what would be done. They wanted to make sure its done right and would work on it to make sure it's as agreed and satisfactory.
They also had a very tight deadline and finished the project on time as agreed.
Overall the experience was very great and we are happy with the work and a great new backyard.

Lynn connected with me through hometsar and was very prompt and friendly in making sure my request was handled in a very professional way. We also later needed our basement painted and while the first contractor didn't pull through, Lynn came herself to check the work and made sure it was done right. She definitely pulls through to ensure the customer is happy.

We also needed a plumber to fix our kitchen faucet as it was leaking. She found someone fast and very honest and reliable.

When I decided it was time to replace my aging backyard fence, I sought out bids from multiple contractors. Lynn's bid from JJL was significantly lower than the other places that got back to me. As an added bonus, the team she sent to do the job was able to get to work quickly (within a week). They were professional and no-nonsense. Took them just two days to remove the old fence and build a new one. The quality is good.

Initially, I was hoping to replace existing lawn with new sod but I ended up receiving a free consultation instead. Lynn made suggestions on how I can improve my lawn with materials that I can purchase on my own.

JJL Dream Homes Construction Ltd. has done a great job for my basement renovation. Lynn provides us some very useful design ideas. James and Aaron are very detail oriented and thoughtful. Aaron installed an extra electrical outlet behind the toilet in the bathroom, even we didn’t ask for it. Indeed, the outlet it’s very useful for electric smart bidet seat. For them maybe just a small job but saved us a lot of works in the future, like break the drywall. add a new electrical line, painting, and so on.
As the overall result, our family are very happy of their high-quality work. My friends and neighbors said they are the best team with the best man craft.
Now we rented our basement to a small family with a very good price:)
