Monaco Windows & Doors

I chose Monaco based on the reviews I saw online and I'm very happy with the results. My installer, Tom, was punctual and very professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

At first I was pretty upset that a neighbor broke my window, and annoyed to have to call several window companies, or maybe argue about high quote prices.

After Adi arrived, he very clearly explained why the window was a fancier more expensive type, for example it has two colours and a plastic grillle inside. That made it easy for me to understand his price later, and why it's harder to get a replacement. Also he was so polite and helpful, and told me stories to make me laugh.

In the end, I felt happier to have met him, I felt the whole window quote and replacement process was completely under control, and everything would be easily resolved soon.

I think that his visit was worth $100 to me ;), so maybe you can charge $100 for him to visit someone instead of giving out free quotes ;). You are lucky to have Adi working there, he is a very valuable guy to have around.

Service was great -- we had one window replaced in our townhouse for safety reasons. The installers were friendly and efficient and left the place clean. Ron was kind enough to match a quote from another company and provided a further discount for us. Thank you and will definitely recommend!

My experience from estimate to installation was nothing by flawless! The team at Monaco Windows and Door, Tom, Roman and Brandon are professional and knowledgeable.

Tom came in and provided an estimate for a new sliding door, answered all my questions and scheduled the installation for next day!

Roman and Brandon arrived in the morning, got to work and explained the installation process - their work is clean and efficient - we are very pleased with our new sliding door!

Ron came to do the estimate for a new patio sliding door. Basically I told him what I needed. From there, Ron showed me the options and provided me with senior's discount, I did not have to ask. Ron was extremely nice to talk to, knew his product line well and was very professional in his approach!!

The patio sliding door was installed the next day in (they had an opening) in about 2 hours by two extremely knowledgeable installers. One thing that impressed me, as small as it was, one installer took a rag and wiped a small spot off on the door - that is called, pride in workmanship!!

And yes, I would recommend this company to anyone!!

Al, Dima and Mario did a professional job of replacing my 70's basement windows. They were efficient, friendly, on time and worked well as a team. What a difference, the white sliding windows, including side & top panels, calking inside and aluminum frames on the outside, from my rusted screens and glass window panes that I couldn't clean. I would definitely recommend their caliber of workmanship to anyone!

I needed a sliding door replaced by a window. They did a home visit to give me a free estimate, and then once I confirmed, they sent somebody else to take precise measurements. It was a bit tricky coordinating schedules for installment but they went well out of their way to make sure my schedule was accommodated. On the day of the installment the two gentlemen who came were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and skilled. Every single person I interacted with at Monaco Windows was above and beyond. The window looks great too!

We had 2 sliding patio doors installed. Al and Mario were really great at our install - walked me through everything, showed me everything they were doing. Answered all my questions so patiently. Office staff were timely in getting my quotes and following up between quote/order/delivery. Thanks!!
