Dan was quick to answer my request for a licensed electrician, asking for more details about the project before sending me the quote.
We had four new LED light fixtures installed on the ceiling in our living room, and four dimmer switches, one for each panel, to have more flexibility. Dan run one new line for dedicated circuit with a breaker. He also booked the appointment with the ESA inspector, which made it really easy for us.
I liked that he was on time, kept his focus on the job, and had excellent communication skills before and after the project. I will call Dan again for future electrical projects.

Dan is phenomenal! I reached out back in July to Homestars to cost out the job. Dan was quick to reply with questions, photo requests and once he had the scope of the job, a VERY competitive price! Fast forward to October and Dan not only did the job but also reached out to our electricity provider to arrange the shutoff and eventual reboot once he was done. He was right on time with his arrival and even though the utility company was late to show to shut everything off, he kept busy building the new box out and prepping as much as he could before they killed the line. His execution was extremely neat and attention to detail unsurpassed. We were wrapped up shortly after lunch and everything is back to normal including the ESA certification. Danneil changed a blown circuit for me. As others have noted Danneil is very professional and prompt with his appointments. Resolved all my issues and even got my hot water tank functioning properly again saving a call to the plumber. Highly recommend his servies.

I first hired Dan to upgrade my panel then got him to rewire nearly my entire house. I'm going through a major renovation so the work was extensive but Dan worked fast and was always on time which is rare during the pandemic. He kept me in the loop with progress and was easy to contact throughout. He's extremely knowledgeable and found sensible solutions without delays especially when I needed wiring routing done in a specific way to make room for other unfinished reno work (plumbing & duct locations).

With all the curveballs from this pandemic it's nice knowing that my house electrical was done properly and is up to code with the ESA approval.

Dan from SureFire Power Group was our electrician. We had him come in to install three light fixtures (dining room chandelier, stairwell chandelier, bedroom ceiling fan) and also three new outlets/receptacles (two in washrooms, one in garage). Dan arrived on-time and was professional and knowledgeable throughout the job, and his quote for both the job's cost and labour hours was accurate; he was able to finish all of the work in one day within standard daytime working hours.

The stairwell chandelier was on a very high ceiling and required multiple hours of manual work to finish it after the electrical base was installed; rather than pay electrician rates for this part of the job, Dan allowed us to borrow his 8-foot tall ladder for a week so that we could finish it ourselves.

Very happy with the end result; we would highly recommend Dan and SureFire for any electrical work.

Very good work. Quite punctual and observed the COVID guidelines. Dan worked on smart outlets and switches, and also helped us relocate an electrical outlet as well as troubleshoot three outlets missing power. Will call Dan again.
