My dryer stopped heating. I posted a request and Roman responded within minutes. He was courteous, able to rapidly diagnose the issue and fix the dryer on the spot. Excellent experience.

Washer brokedown. Repair guy Romen was good. Came on time. Told me which part needs to replaced. Got the replacement part and installed.
It went smoothly.

Roman responded to my service request quickly and came the next day, he was very polite and professional, diagnosed the issue and fixed the machine in under 30 minutes. Fantastic service, I would call him again without hesitation!

I have used this service multiple times. This time call response was same day. The dryer needed a new heater coil. Roman had brought one based on our phone conversation. Repair was done in uder an hour. Price was all in parts and labour.
