I have a 100 year plus semi that had very old metal siding at the front of the house and Around the front door which is at the side of the house. I didnt want to make it more that in was, simply replace was was there. Shane and his team keep costs down while delivering exactly what I was looking for, efficiently and professionally. Very happy.

Shane and his crew are excellent and wonderful. We hired them first to put up cedar soffits on our balcony that had been destroyed by raccoons. We were so impressed with the work and the work ethic that we looked to them again for a second and third time for eaves and plumbing work, respectively. In every case, they started the job quick, finished on time, stuck to the estimate, and generally did the job with no headache, hassle, or hiccups (in our experience, thats very rare). Shandyman will be our first call for all our future home needs.

We were looking to extend our deck from the original entrance/BBQ deck to something that we could sit and enjoy on. After the great job on our roof, we decided to go with Shandyman again and they did an excellent job.

Considering other jobs around the house that they can help us with.

Two washrooms (men and women's) in the basement of Carrot Common at 320 Danforth Avenue, Toronto were satisfactorily renovated by Shandyman in the month of March. Given the circumstances surrounding the pandemic we were pleased to have this work done on schedule and up to our expectations. This was not the first project that we contracted Shandyman for and won't be our last. Thanks to Shane & his crew. Tom

Shane and his team were fantastic! Polite, knowledgeable and very prompt with communicating. Wonderful job on my back gate and removal of concrete pad. They are professionals in every respect.

Shandyman Contracting framed my basement after it had been excavated. This also included sistering all the joists in the ceiling and installing a new stairway from the ground floor to the basement. Structural work was done to facilitate the new stairways resulting in a new floor and walls for a section of the store above. This is an old occupied building and the work crew were careful.

Shandyman's crew followed the structural engineer's drawings according to plan and the City Inspector was satisfied with the work performed. The crew was excellent at working with the ground floor store owner as some of the construction work was necessary but inconvenient.

Shane and his employees were very prompt. Shane showed up on time to quote the job and was able to get his guys over the next day as it needed to be done ASAP. His guys showed up the following afternoon and were able to accomplish the job. Everything went great couldn't have been happier.

Arrived on schedule, removed all debris and went the extra mile removing old concrete fence post footings. New fence looks great!

Such a surprise in this day and age such hard working and honest contractors. Was an absolute dream and very well done. Will recommend and use again
