We changed out our basement carpet to vinyl wood planks; and couldn’t be happier with our choice in selecting QS Flooring. From the get go, Sam’s pricing was competitive and responds to communications in a friendly and timely manner. He’s experienced and knowledgeable, which shows in his thoroughness when addressing questions, concerns, and offers suggestions. The job itself was carried out professionally as the team arrived on schedule, and the job was completed within the estimated timeline. Appreciate the small details in avoiding damage to the home during carpet removal and installation; keeping the jobsite clean, and accommodating last minute changes to the scope of work. The installation team was courteous and respected our space within the home. We especially appreciate Sam’s transparency – not only did he summarize all our previous text correspondences in an email for our records; he also kept us updated throughout the installation process, which allowed us to make informed decisions as circumstances unfold and avoid any after-the-fact surprises. Sam is also very considerate and agrees to exchange the base shoe style we originally signed off on just to make us even happier new homeowners. You can tell Sam takes pride in his work by his attention to details. Would definitely recommend Sam and his team and would reach out for future projects.

Sam and Vincent did a fabulous job on a complicated installation on the main floor, around a curved staircase, in kitchen under counters, laundry room around pipes and powder room around toilet. The kitchen and staircase required many complex compound cuts to fit around curved surfaces and under counters. Very professional. Sam himself was honest and trustworthy and provided good advice. We hired Sam and his team to replace the floor of our new house. He provided us with various multitude of options and clearly laid out the pros and cons of each that helped us to make the best choice.

He always give us updates about the timeline and progress of the project, and promptly adapt to changes or improvement we requested.

Sam was amazing to work with he took all of our flooring fears away. He was in constant communication we us on timelines and progress. We had carpets and tile installed and the parquet the floor refinished in our condo. His tradesmen are top notch. He left the project clean. There was no railing along the stairs in our new house. We knew that installing a nice railing was not a problem as we already knew Sam by this time.
