Wallbank Home Inspections did an outstanding job when we were in the process of purchasing a house in downtown Toronto. With one simple phone call, Kevin was in the house 48 hrs later, thoroughly inspecting the property, and producing a report that same night. Their fee is very competitive.

Kevin is able to distinguish between, and clearly communicate, everything from small issues to huge red flags, which is especially helpful for prospective homeowners.

They do not disappoint!!

Kevin and Wallbank Inspections are fantastic. Kevin answered all of questions and walk us through the entire inspection process. He was thorough and made sure we understood everything.

Kevin was on time, and did a very thorough inspection of my home. He patiently explained each thing that needed attention. He then emailed me the report that evening itself. Overall satisfied with his work, recommended.

Kevin was on time, professional, and went over and above to explain everything to ya when looking into this house of 15+ years. I interviewed and called 7 inspectors and he stood out the most because he explained in detail what an inspection entails, how long it would take, what he would go through with us ect. would recommend him 100%

Detail oriented, efficient and meticulous inspection

First of all, working with Kevin is a real pleasure. He found space on his calendar to work on our tight timeline and arrived on time. Kevin was also very responsive and responded to all our questions.
Second and most important, he executed the inspection very carefully. He went over every detail and prioritized the items that matter the most. I would say that he knows what he is doing and enjoys doing it.
Last, he is super organized with and carries everything that is needed. His equipments are top notch and his report was impeccable.
All in all, 10 out 10 - strongly recommend his services!
