It took a very long time to find a trustworthy contractor to help complete our basement renovation project. Markridge Group was one company that stood out because they replied in a timely manner, and gave great input on ideas for the reno. We are currently in the process of the renovation and it is nearing completion. They are actually ahead of schedule and the job is being completed with amazing quality. We hired Markridge Group to help us renovate our basement in Bradford When searching for a company we felt that many companies took too long to schedule meetings with us, get started and overall answer our questions. Thank you MARKRIDGE GROUP CONSTRUCTION Basements Marco and Daniel, our gorgeous completed basement and overall experience exceeded our expectations, we are so happy. A once thought massive daunting project became a dream because of MARKRIDGE professional project management.
We had not completed our basement for years SO apprehensive of the process, knew we didn't have the time to manage all of it on our own and didn't know who we could trust. Our basement was boxes and cobwebs, unusable, knew we wanted it finished but we didn't want to be project mgr, all was so overwhelming at the mere thought of it.
Marco provided a comprehensive quote and Daniel took over full and complete project management, providing a calendar of who will do what by when. The beginning was so dynamic because Marco give us the opportunity to visit current of the company projects and finished one and we trusted completely because the good reviews of other home owners.
All tradespeople were so respectful and efficient working long hours to keep scheduled timelines.
Workmanship was of highest quality, all tradespeople executed on everything promised.

Markrige Group was contracted to do a walkout basement for my family and I. He only completed the digging process and poured some concrete. He then took the 7500 I had given him and did not complete the job and he did not answer his phone. I then had to pay another 20k to hire another contractor who said that Markridge group had done the process incorrectly and we had to redo it. Stay away from bad contractors that only want your money.
