We used HMH for a full home renovation at an investment property me and my wife purchased. The property was in London and we live in Toronto, so we were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a reliable contractor and be able to manage the project being so far!

Omar, Saddam and the rest of their team did an excellent job preparing a detailed quote for us attached with a production schedule of exactly how long the project would take and we're even kind enough to break the project into phases for us to be able to understand the process.

Overall we are very happy with the end result. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and even tho there were a few unexpected issues, they dealt with everything very professionally. We would definitely recommend HMH to any investors looking to get work done, especially if the property is a bit far and harder to manage. With Omar and his team you can rest easy, which is the best part!

Omar and his team at HMH constructed one of the first Garden Suites for us that was allowed after the new regulations had passed to allow us to make it in our backyard.
