Hello, Zach Frame serviced my Goodman furnace on April 17th. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He phoned the office to make sure I was still on the mtce plan. Explained the service and results.

Mike was excellent he explained our Choices without judgement took his time to explain all types of furnaces and fit us to the furnace we needed. Came out twice to reassure us about our furnace . The crew that came to install super nice , polite and treated us like family very professional all around great experience definitely recommend ! Ask for Mike !

Having issue with our air conditioner, we called 699 and they sent a tech out in less than 2 hours. Mr. Cranston was very polite and professional. He helped us out in no time. Thank you very much for your service.

Our technician Mitul, was prompt, professional, polite and eager to answer all the questions I threw at him. He was thorough and meticulous in his job and he seemed to really enjoy his work!

This is our second experience with Northern Air and we will definitely keep them coming back for our heating and cooling needs.

Had the duct work cleaned today by 669-HEAT. Although our house was only built in 2008, it was amazing to see the construction debris and dust buildup that came out of the ducts. Obviously they had never been done prior to our purchasing the home two years ago.
John did a great job. Was very punctual and cleaned everything up before leaving. I had a new filter waiting to be changed out after the cleaning and he even offered to do that for me before he left!
They recommend doing the cleaning every five years and I can see this being viable, especially if you have pets. The 'power brush' technique does a very good job and the before and after photos supplied by the Technician show it.
