The service I received was amazing. Kudos to Alex and his team. I had my front door, patio door, 2 basement windows and capping on garage portal. The installer was fantastic, quick, polite, good natured and cleaned up 100%.

Front Window Replacement - Right Price, Right Product

We had a large street facing fixed window whose seal had failed -- even though it was only 1 window, Alex came for a quote quickly, offered us a better window combination (that now opens) for a good price. They were able to closely match the colour of my existing windows. They paid close attention to the measurements and details needed to ensure consistency with the existing window on top.

Alex kept us informed about the project timelines and install date.
Installers came when they were scheduled, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards.

New windows with cutouts and replacement

Alex was the fifth window guy I called and convinced me of his professional attitude and his adaptability.
The project included two replacement windows and two cutouts which is a complicated work since they have to open walls.
The crew came to do the work before the original schedule, which was a plus. The project was long and challenging as it (unexpectedly) rained most of the day. Nevertheless, the whole project was finished in only one long day (8am to 9:30pm). Since it was late they could not pick up all the garbage but came next day to clean. The results are spectacular (see pictures).
