The crew was extremely respectful and considerate. The owner maintained excellent communication during the entire process.

I could not be happier. Barry did a great job of explaining the process and everything went as described. The installers Colgan, Reid and Devan were polite courteous and professional. Every night they cleaned everything up like they were never there. Barry helped with the colour as I am colour blind and he hit it on the nail. At least according to my neighbours I have had everyone stop and say how great it looks.

After years of watching my asphalt shingles blow off my roof I finally had enough and decided to switch to a metal roof. I met with Brayden of Home Shield and he explained in great detail the installation process, durability and the quality of the roof and the warranty for the work performed. We then agreed on a price. The customer service was very prompt at responding to my questions and kept me informed as to when my roof would be delivered and the installation would be performed. The installation was done in under two days and the installers were very professional and polite. They cleaned everything up on completion of the work and I am extremely happy with the results. We're very pleased with our decision to go with Home Shield Permanent Metal Roofing. The price was competative and the crew was superb in a very trying weather condition. They cleaned up around the property and left everything tidy. They where polite to a man. It was very refreshing.

After the big storm we decided it was time
to install a metal roof. We made the right decision. Barry and his team, from start to finish had great communication both on and off the job site. During installation we had yet another big rainfall and they were prompt in assessing for leaks. Our roof has many angles and dormers that they diligently worked through with specific cutting. We have kids and a family dog and everyone kept the site clear of debris at the end of each day. The crew were personable and polite. I had daily questions and they didnt hesitate to answer or check in with their boss. Overall I didnt feel like this was just another job for them but a project with worth. We opted for snow guards to be added after the heavy snowfall and they were promptly ordered and even installed! We have had many people walk by and comment positively on the roof. A job well done.
